Apps not downloading
Here are some common issues with solutions when apps are not downloading on to your device.
1. Wireless - the most common issue is being on MAPS Guest for wireless network. MAPS Guest can't download apps. You must be on ISD152_Staff or ISD152_Student. If you can't connect to either please fill out a help desk ticket specifying you can't connect to the Staff or Student wireless networks.
