Door not opening but fob reader beeps and other doors work just fine

In some buildings, the higher efficiency HVAC systems cause a difference in air pressure between rooms. After fobbing in, try pushing the door in, then pull on the handle. This will release the pressure on the latch and allow it to open.

If it still does not open, please be sure to submit a ticket noting you tried the push/pull method and it didn't work. This means there may be a mechanical failure on the door and will require additional troubleshooting.
