Cannot Print Multiple Copies of Document on Standard Printers
In an effort to control printing costs and ensure all staff and students are printing to the lowest cost resource, restrictions have been added to the printers as follows:
The name of the printer should inform you if you are printing to a standard laser printer or a copier.
Examples of district printer naming:
If you attempt to print multiple copies of the same document to a printer, rather a copier, you should receive an email letting them you know the job has been canceled.
- All standard printers can print only one copy per print job
- All copiers can print unlimited copies per print job

- HOPK 211 Hall - Standard printers do not include the word 'copier' in the printer name.
- HOPK 202 Copier - Copiers will always have the word 'copier' in the printer name.
